The auction is the school's largest fundraiser, and your sponsorship contribution helps to underwrite the event costs allowing more of the auction proceeds to directly support the school and our commitment to educational excellence. Sponsoring the auction provides your company visibility within our school community as well as our broader Greenwood neighborhood. Your company will be featured at the event itself, in our auction catalog, our public banners outside the school and in our online community (school website, auction website, weekly emails, social media).

The following sponsorship levels can be purchased by completing the form below. Choose your favorite camp activity level!

Early Bird Discount: Sign up to be an auction sponsor by Friday, December 12, 2025, and you will be eligible for a 10% discount on the sponsor fee. Just enter the code "Hike" when paying online.

Fishing Level $1,000

• 2 tickets to live event*

Arts & Crafts Level $500

• Quarter page advertisement in the auction catalog
