Thank you for donating an item to the St. John School Camp Soaring Eagle Auction.  Please include restrictions and/or expiration dates if applicable.  If a business donated this item remember to also include your full name in the notes field.  Items should be dropped off in the school office or in the parish administration building, located next door/west of the school building.  For group items such as class packages, please select "Individual Donor" below and list all donor names. Do not submit the form for your monetary contribution to a class package.

Procurement deadline is February 12, 2026.

*NEW THIS YEAR* - Due to Washington Liquor Control Board licensing updates, please do not donate alcohol that you have purchased. You can request a donation from a winery or distillery, but please send the business name(s) as soon as possible to auction@st-johnschool.org or consider a cash or other item donation.

Please note we are unable to accept homemade items, used items, percent-off coupons, software, or live animals/insects.

Items valued at $25 or more are encouraged.  Thank you.
