Shake Your Shamrock - Celebrating 100 Years of St. John
Friday, March 17, 2023

We'll be Shaking Our Shamrocks for St. John School's 38th annual auction on Friday, March 17, 2023, at Fremont Studios. We need your help to make our largest fundraiser a successful event! Last year, the auction raised over $500,000 for our school!  All auction proceeds go directly to the St. John School operating budget. We ask that all St. John families play a role through donating and/or procuring items, volunteering your time, and attending the gala event.  Read on for important details on procurement, FAQ's and an infographic to help you determine your donation style.  Contact your auction team Karen, Kristen or Andrea, with questions at fundraising@st-johnschool.org

What is Procurement?

Procurement is the acquisition of goods and/or services for auctioning online or at the live event.  All families are encouraged to honor their tuition contract of $250 for donating or procuring items for the auction.

How do I Fulfill My $250 Auction Donation Commitment?

There are several ways to contribute to the auction and meet your $250 donation!

  • Ask your favorite business(es) to donate an item or gift certificate to our auction. Ask them to complete a procurement form and submit it online or with this paper form. Remember to include your name as the procurer so you get recognized for the ask!
  • Purchase an item to donate to the auction.
  • Make a cash donation.
  • If you're not sure how you would like to donate, consider your donation style. Take a look at the procurement infographic to help you get started.
