St. John School Auction, presented by Fremont Dock Co. - Back to the Future
Friday, April 8, 2022
Fremont Studios

St. John School is going Back to the Future for it's 37th annual auction on Friday, April 8, 2002 at Fremont Studios.  We need your help to make our largest fundraiser a successful event! Our fundraising goal this year is to raise $350,000.  All auction proceeds go directly to the St. John School operating budget. We ask that all St. John families play a role through donating and procuring items, volunteering your time, and attending the gala event.   Read on for important details on procurement, wish list items, FAQ's and an infographic to help you determine your donation style.  Contact Karen and Andrea with questions at fundraising@st-johnschool.org.

Procurement is the acquisition of goods and/or services for auctioning off online or at the live event.  In order to reach our fundraising goal, we encourage all families to honor their tuition contract of $250 for donating or procuring items for the auction.

There are many ways to contribute to the auction! You can purchase, procure, underwrite, and/or donate.  What is your donation style?  Take a look at the procurement infographic to help you get started.

Need Ideas On What to Donate?

  • Check out our auction wish list for some sample ideas!
  • Procure an item toward your Class Auction Package.  Each class procures items and/or pools together money to create an amazing auction item!  Contact your auction liaison for additional information and attend the Auction Q&A Zoom Meeting on 12/6 at 7pm.

How Do I Submit a Procurement Form?

  • NEW this year! Simply complete the online procurement form by visiting the "Donate an Auction Item" page and then deliver your item(s) to the School Office or the Parish/Admin. Building located next to/west of the main school building.  A procurement form must be completed online for all donated items.  Please provide as much detail as possible, including fair market value, description, restrictions, and donor name(s).

Procuring a Donation from a Business

  • Reaching out to businesses and friends to procure items is an excellent way to help support the auction.  Please use this donation request letter to request a donation from your favorite business.  You may also provide the business a paper procurement form for their convenience.  Please remember to complete the online procurement form once you have received the business' donation details.

Please note we are unable to accept used items, percent off coupons, software, and live animals.  Items valued at $25 or more are encouraged.  Thank you.

Attend the Auction Q&A zoom meeting on Monday, December 6 at 7:00pm.  Do you have questions about procurement, sponsorship, the event itself, or volunteer opportunities?  The auction team is happy to answer your questions!  Look for the zoom link in the 11/30 Auction News email.
